Love Lewsey is confident you will love our jewelry, but if you do need to make a return the following terms and conditions apply. 

Returns

You may return an item by contacting Love Lewsey within 30 days of the date of submitting your order to Love Lewsey.  After 30 days from the day of submitting your order to Love Lewsey, items are ineligible for return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.  Please keep in mind that Love Lewsey does not accept returns for items that have been worn because everyone’s body chemistry is different and will affect the jewelry differently.

To complete your return, you must contact Love Lewsey at info@lovelewsey.com within 30 days of submitting your order to Love Lewsey and provide your order number and shipping number. After contacting Love Lewsey, you must mail the item to Love Lewsey and Love Lewsey must receive the item within 14 days after you contacted Love Lewsey to request the return.

Once your return is received and inspected by Love Lewsey, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refunds

If your return is approved by Love Lewsey, we will process your return and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. If, after 14 days you have not received your refund, please contact your credit card company and your bank as processing times vary. Please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to Love Lewsey. Shipping costs for returning your item to Love Lewsey are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact Love Lewsey at info@lovelewsey.com as soon as possible and we will assist you. Once Love Lewsey has processed an order, the order is not eligible for cancellation.
